Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To implement pertinent procedures and Instructions of the Quality Management system in respect of Factory HR and Admin related activities to ensure compliance to Quality policy of the organization.
  • To assist recruitment and selection activities for the worker level employment in the factory.
  • To find out the improvement areas in HR and admin related activities in the organization and recommend the possible solutions.
  • To design/improve different HR related format and update concerned Authority regarding the modern HR practice as and when required.
  • To update and analyze the attendance software/Access control and attendance management of all personnel and assist concerned personnel in performing all kind of administrative works for the purpose of maintaining overall discipline of the factory.
  • To assist to introduce /implement HRIS related software in consultation with the concerned people for updating all employees personal file in the plant especially for Junior Management (JM) and Workers including casual workers.
  • To ensure Safety & health related activities in the factory compliant to our existing policy.
  • To prepare HR policies, Procedures and SOP in consultation with the superiors as and when required.
  • To initiate actions to collect, assimilate and compile IR related information of similar organizations and suggest the concerned authority timely and accordingly
  • To ensure all works relating to the well being of the personnel working in the at Plant including site cleaning for maintaining good hygienic environment in the factory all time.
  • To assist & arrange in-house & local training for the factory employees.
  • To assist and prepare weekly and monthly wages sheet including other financial related activities for all types of workers working in the factory in timely and properly.
  • To assist the scrap sales and ensure this rejected items are stored in segregated way properly to minimize the wastage loss before sale.
  • To maintain online leave for the relevant personnel timely properly and bring to the notice of concerned authority if there is any anomalies without any delay.
  • To assist the relevant personnel for smooth functioning of both the canteens (Management & Staff canteen) and Transport Management for ensuring better service under any circumstances.
  • To perform any other responsibility assigned by the HR and Admin Department Head and Plant Head.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
