Senior Executive (Employee Benefits)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll of the Group ensuring necessary deductions from salary as per policy of the Group.
  • Managing and maintaining Provident fund (PF) of all the company of the Group.
  • Monthly reconciliation and financial statement of PF and ensure transfer to respective PF accounts.
  • Earning from PF Investment calculation and distribution to PF members on monthly basis.
  • PF, Salary & Other benefit’s final settlement of resigned / separated employee as per policy.
  • Employee benefit disbursement within timeline as per Group / Company policy.
  • Monthly Income tax calculation of the employee, monthly deduction from salary, yearly income certificate complying Income Tax Rules.
  • Policy & process development on different types of employee benefits.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Power Point, Word, Excel

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Others Requirements:

    • Age at most 35 years
    • Team work attitude
    • Excellent communication skill in English
    • Excellent mathematical skill
