Roles & Responsibilities:
- (Specific duties include but are not limited to)
- Good experience and knowledge in accounting data processing and report generating using software
- Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of organizational procedures and guidelines with the financial and administrative framework
- Good knowledge and practices to meet donor compliances
- Ensure expenditures are in compliance with the approved budget, and plan of action,
- Knowledge about country TAX and VAT laws
- Assist in conducting the final audit and fulfil the audit requirements
- Ability to work as a team player and contribute to programming activities and improve team performance
- Support in the procurement process for the project related procurements
- Ensure that logistics and administrative arrangements are made timely with the concerned departments.
- Any other tasks relating to the project as may be advised by project authority.
- Have knowledge multiyear budget preparation considering planning & implementation phase, cost-effective operation of project activities following set guidelines.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters in business administration
Work Experience:
- At least 3 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Minimum 03 years of professional background in project admin and accounts.
- Minimum three (3) years experience preferably with NGOs. Working experience on the donor-funded project will be given preference.
- Proven experience in administration and finance management issues
- Proven experience working with the team and supporting them to implement financing and accounting principles
- Excellent computer operation skills including accounting software, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email and internet browsing.
- Have to be gender-sensitive with sound knowledge and experience on gender issues.
