Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, prepare and develop courses and teaching materials and deliver lectures & seminars at CUB;
- Assess students coursework;
- To guide and supervise project work, internship, dissertation or thesis as and when assigned;
- To guide and supervise students to perform co-curricular, and extracurricular activities;
- To attend meetings of the University as and when invited;
- Work as faculty representative at different events and activities of the University when detailed;
- Carryout administrative tasks initiated by the teacher himself/herself or assigned by the Head of Department or the University or under the instruction of Top Authority;
- To serve on academic and administrative committees that review and recommend policies, make budget decisions, or advise on hiring and promotions within their department;
- Any other tasks assigned by Head of Department or Management.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management/HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
- Should have first class or CGPA above 3.50 out of 4.00 and 4.00 out of 5.00 in all academic examinations.

- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- For Lecturer, publications are not required, but the priority shall be given to the candidate having journal article.
- For Asst. Professor, the candidate must have at least 2 (two) peer-reviewed journal publications.
