Lecturer/ Assistant Professor (HRM)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design, prepare and develop courses and teaching materials and deliver lectures & seminars at CUB;
  • Assess students coursework;
  • To guide and supervise project work, internship, dissertation or thesis as and when assigned;
  • To guide and supervise students to perform co-curricular, and extracurricular activities;
  • To attend meetings of the University as and when invited;
  • Work as faculty representative at different events and activities of the University when detailed;
  • Carryout administrative tasks initiated by the teacher himself/herself or assigned by the Head of Department or the University or under the instruction of Top Authority;
  • To serve on academic and administrative committees that review and recommend policies, make budget decisions, or advise on hiring and promotions within their department;
  • Any other tasks assigned by Head of Department or Management.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management/HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
  • Should have first class or CGPA above 3.50 out of 4.00 and 4.00 out of 5.00 in all academic examinations.

Work Experience:

 

Others Requirements:

  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • For Lecturer, publications are not required, but the priority shall be given to the candidate having journal article.
  • For Asst. Professor, the candidate must have at least 2 (two) peer-reviewed journal publications.
