Roles & Responsibilities:
- Carry out the recruitment & selection process.
- Employee database management and personnel filing & managing HR-related database.
- Verify documents, Address, and reference of the selected candidates before joining session through proper channel.
- Prepare and issue appointment letter, confirmation letter, Increment /Promotion letter, Salary Certificate, Pay Slip to the employee of the organization.
- Conduct TNA and arrange training accordingly for the employees.
- Work on yearly Performance evaluation of the employees.
- Maintenance & decoration of file as per section wise with update manner.
- Update insurance list with the inclusion & exclusion of employees.
- Keep a record of the migrated employee list as per instruction.
- Able to manage departmental activities efficiently & any other tasks are assigned by the Management.
- Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation.
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off.
- Help in payroll management, preparation and payment.
- Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
- Answer employees questions and provide requested information.
- Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities.
- Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes.
- Answer telephone calls and provide needed information.
- Create reports for senior management.
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters/ MBA in HRM from any reputed university along with PGDHRM.
Work Experience:
- At least 7 year(s)
