Roles & Responsibilities:
- Payment and receipt of cash on the counter and manage the cash stock and maintain the cash book.
- Issuing of Check for making payments and confirming of receipt of bank deposits or instruments and then check with the internet banks.
- Assist to maintain accounts and purchases vouchers in accounting software.
- Assist to maintain supplier accounts and procurement vouchers in accounting software.
- Communicate with Branch Office, banks and other related parts for accounts purpose.
- Participate in short term traveling to banks or other institutes.
- Participate in stock checking.
- Any other task arranged by department managers/supervisors.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce background.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting / Finance is highly preferable.
Work Experience:

- Age 23 to 30 years

- Pleasant and presentable personality with strong character.
- Have to be punctual, smart and energetic.
- Diligent & Honest.
- Computer skill is must (MS Office, Excel/ Browsing Internet/ Maintaining Database).
Others Benefit:
Training Period: 02 Months, Allowance: 5,000/-(Five Thousand) Per Month. Probationary period: Six months and salary will be 16200/- per month. After successful completion of the probationary period, he may confirm as permanent staff. After confirmation as a permanent staff, he will be entitled for three festival bonuses equivalent to one month's basic salary, Provident fund, Gratuity, LPR, Pension Scheme, Earn Leave encashment and other admissible benefits as per organization policy.
