Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To make and implement Company HR polices.
  • To implement KPI based performance management system.
  • To monitor and execute Manpower Budgeting Activities.
  • To monitor and execute Recruitment Activities.
  • To handle Disciplinary Action, Grievance, and employee relation issues.
  • Provide guidance to management with respect to performance evaluations, employee relations, succession plans, compensation, departmental organization.
  • Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
  • To monitor training/awareness on regular basis.
  • To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

Educational Qualification:

  • MBA/M.Com/Masters of relevant discipline with adequate knowledge in HR of any group of industries/companies.
  • Skills Required: HR, Core HR Knowledge, General HR, HR Operations, HRM

Work Experience:

  • At least 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):<

    Others Requirements:

    • Only males are allowed to apply
    • Minimum 10 years’ experience in any reputed Group of Industries/Companies or in any renowned multinational company.
    • Should have very good command over English.
    • The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
    • Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
    • Must have very good command over MS office application.
    • Job Location: Gazipur.
