Roles & Responsibilities:
- To make and implement Company HR polices.
- To implement KPI based performance management system.
- To monitor and execute Manpower Budgeting Activities.
- To monitor and execute Recruitment Activities.
- To handle Disciplinary Action, Grievance, and employee relation issues.
- Provide guidance to management with respect to performance evaluations, employee relations, succession plans, compensation, departmental organization.
- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
- To monitor training/awareness on regular basis.
- To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA/M.Com/Masters of relevant discipline with adequate knowledge in HR of any group of industries/companies.
- Skills Required: HR, Core HR Knowledge, General HR, HR Operations, HRM
Work Experience:
- At least 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):<
