Territory Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare territory sales budget and achieve sales target (customer and product wise)
  • Initiate the proposal of credit customer and collect all relevant information required under the credit policy
  • Identify overdue customer and seek help of Regional Sales Manager as soon as possible to strengthen collection efforts
  • Encourage building of strong network in the segment of stockiest and retailers level
  • Collect information on competitors product and activities and report to Regional Sales Manager
  • Evaluate the key performance of team members on monthly basis
  • Provide on the job training to field force and monitor their performance

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
  • For experienced & competent candidates education & age may be relaxed.

Work Experience:

 

Others Requirements:

  • Age 24 to 38 years
  • Good understanding on agricultural sales profession.
  • Ability to ride motorcycle with legal driving license.
  • Willingness to travel extensively .
