Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper selection process by following incentive worker management policy compliance and follow necessary process and formalities.
- Ensure ATC of Incentive worker and maintain database.
- Ensure accurate documentations as per policy and reserve for future reference and compliance.
- Ensure online database as well as physical database for future audit trial and necessary actions.
- Arrange necessary training session as per organization demand such as onboarding training, IRC Way, Harassment free workplace, sexual exploitation etc.
- Cross check of documents and ensure on time payment processing as per compliance
- Make payment in collaboration with Finance and Program
- Maintain tracker and update and management about the payment status and take proactive actions to solve all expected problems
- Ensure smooth clearance process of incentive worker separation as per compliance of policies
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM/ Business Administration or any other relevant field
Work Experience:
- At most 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Others Requirements:
- 0 to 1 years of experience in HR field specially in development sectors
- Good skills in MS Excel & MS Office
- Familiar with data processing and payroll management process
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good in local languages of Cox’s Bazar/Rohingya language
