Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Ensure a safe and secure work environment by developing personal growth opportunities.
- Responsible for workers wages, salary, recruitment, selection, training, promotion, increment and all kinds of welfare related issues
- Ensure standard housekeeping of a knit garments manufacturing unit
- Effectively manage local and multinational expatriate by on time resource availability.
- Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
- Have adequate knowledge on labour act & rules as well as related compliance standard.
- Improves program and service quality by planning new applications; updating procedures; evaluating system results with users.
- Coordinate with different section internally regarding HR, admin issues and give proper guideline to solve any problem.
- Communicate & making liaison with government office, BGMEA, Fire Services and other licensing authority.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA (Major in HRM) or Masters in any discipline from reputed public or private university. PGD in Compliance or HR will be added an advantage.
Work Experience:
- 5 to 8 year(s)

- Age 28 to 38 years
- Should have good health and strength.
