Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare various financial and non-financial audit reports.
- Maintain cash book, bank book and ledger book
- Ensure all voucher entries and posting in the accounting system
- Check all transactions like receive voucher, payment voucher, Journal voucher maintaining by accounts software
- File and documents official receipts of all vendor invoices
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements
- Prepare all computerised statements and reports required by the Director Finance and Admin
- Sound Knowledge and Responsible for all VAT and TAX related task;
- Follow-up customer calls and emails for payment.
- May provide insight into cost performance and support the implementation of benchmarking and improvement initiatives.
- Assuring the accuracy of information contained in financial reports and their compliance with statutory requirements
- Carry out the responsibilities as assigned by the management in time to time
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- ICMAB (Management Level), CA (CC), ACCA (Skills Level)
Work Experience:
- 1 to 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AcOthers Requirements:
- Age at least 23 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Good working experience with Microsoft Excel is a must
- Excellent IT skills and be well conversant with Automated Accounting/ Finance System;
