Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Performance and progress in the following areas will be a priority for the position:
  • Formulate and monitor HR policies & Guidelines in line with Organizations Policy and Bangladesh Labor Act
  • Ensure required compliance in the office premises implemented as per Organizations code of conduct related to HR
  • Ensure proper Manpower Planning for the company, primarily taking responsibility for timely Recruitment, Induction, Confirmation of candidates
  • Identification of Training / Developmental needs, Assessment of Potential, Delivery of Training, Assessment of Training Evaluation and Effectiveness
  • Conduct Performance Appraisal process for the company and assist all business units to practice the appraisal process including Setting KPIs, Review Sessions, arrive at Compensation related decisions, evolve and administer Performance Linked Pay
  • Administer the payroll system and oversees the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
  • Review & establish competitive salary structure & pay policies for the organization which involves Salary survey, Job evaluation, develop pay grade etc.
  • Manage career & succession planning and Help measure / improve and assure people capability / levels of engagement
  • Responsible for ensuring healthy work place, hygiene & environment.
  • Evolve and administer Communication Systems, evolve and take responsibility for Bonding / Culture building / People Well-being initiatives
  • Develop and maintain standard Human Resource Management system
  • Timely and effective handling of employee grievances
  • Responsible for all Statutory compliances under Labor Acts
  • Be well conversant about Labor Court Cases and disposal procedure.
  • Able to efficiently deal/communicate with Govt/Non-Govt/NGOs & maintain liaison for organizations interest.

Educational Qualification:

  • Post Graduate Degree qualifications in Business Studies, Industrial Relations or a related discipline

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Five plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
  • Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Broad knowledge and experience in HR Budgeting, compensation & benefits, PMS, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, Labor Acts, safety, and training and development.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop Human Resources staff members.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a successful participant on the executive management team that provides company leadership and direction.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with the company Board of Directors.
  • Tech Savvy & Standard computer skills in a Microsoft Office environment.
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
