Roles & Responsibilities:
- Age 40 to 45 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Conversant with local laws & regulations (BEPZA Instruction, Labour Law 2006 and its amendment, Labour rules 2015) and ensure implementation.
- Conversant with Accord/Alliance related electrical, fire & safety and structural issues.
- Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
- Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates
- Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Post Graduate in any discipline
- Preference will given who have MBA in HRM/ LLB/ PGDHRM
Work Experience:
- 12 to 15 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Able to execute overall factory operations of Admin, HR, Compliance activities.
- Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct.
- Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin, HR & Compliance issues.
