Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to achieve the target
  • Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services in cargo and Courier sector.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs with Principal office.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses products or services and be able to advise team.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis on cargo and courier market to ensure that the company is well-positioned against competitors.
  • Involvement in physical branding activities.
  • Developing a sales force to make the cargo and courier market share larger and sustainable, contributing to team targets and monitoring the sales team and meeting

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Analytical Skill, Effective Communication, Excellent organizational and leadership skills, Sales, Sales Operations, Team management

Work Experience:

  • At least 6 year(s)
