Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure all incidents/complaints/allegations are recorded properly according to the office standard.
- Coordination with all the sectors in terms of full length support, liaison and mitigation. Correspondence and communicate with relevant stakeholders in relation to Employee Relation
- Liaise with Government stakeholders and camp management focal person as required and guided.
- Flag employee wellness issues to management with planning, implementation and outcome.
- Conduct Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with staff and facilitators to understand their grievance and wellness issues.
- Performance Management focal for Ukhiya and Teknaf based staff.
- Arranging emergency support to staff members who require medical attention, counseling or in times of distress.
- Working as a bilateral support for accommodation finding and settlement in new location for staff members.
- Providing support to employee shift from one location to another in order to ensure smooth transition.
- Arranges for employee recreational facilities, and activities to ensure staff wellness. Provide advice on a wide range of employee relations issues.
- Working as change administrator for the Field Office with proper change management with documentation.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout the People and Culture activities.
- Listen and record employee complaints
- Investigation support based on the allegations as required and guided
- Ensure documentations of all incident related papers for future references.
- Maintain a confidential database for future employment
- Providing support as an ombudsman to staff members at Uhiya and Teknaf.
- Staff focal for wellness and staff care practices in World Vision.
- Coordination with relevant parties related staff and volunteer issues.
- Performance Management.
- Learning and development activities implementation as per guideline
- Conducting awareness raising session to build the culture of wellness, engagement and happy workplace.
- Learning and Development initiatives for staff capacity building and encouraging learning.
- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
- Based on performance management to find Gap in Performance, Conducting Training Needs Analysis
- Finding cost effective, efficient and learning methods which will be focused for large number of staff and facilitators.
- Implement best practices to drive strategies for retention, culture change, and other relevant factors impacting employee engagement.
- Identify internal resource persons for specific training and arrange the training internally. Liaise with external training vendors to provide training (which cannot be met from internal resources).
- Prepare annual employee engagement calendar.
Educational Qualification:
- BBA /MBA in Human Resource Management and/or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or Related field.
Work Experience:
- At least 2 year(s)

- At least 2 years work experience in similar position or related fields, in a local/ international organization preferably in NGO/INGO context (Cox Bazar)
- Proven experience in facilitation and conflict negotiation
- Proven experience as a team player
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to written and speak in both Bangla and English. Bijoy typing skill is required.
- Must be willing to visit field
