Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Daily HR and Administrative work
  • Daily Attendance and Leave Management
  • Prepare job description, job specification and post online
  • Short-listing resumes and reference check
  • Arrangement of Interview and assist the panel
  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Prepare joining letter, confirmation letter, increment letter & others letters.
  • Induction and orientation of new employee
  • Disciplinary issues as show cause, warning, investigation, termination, dismissal, etc.
  • Preparing all kinds of Orders, Notices, Notes, etc.
  • Data update to the software
  • Prepare performance appraisal
  • Design and Organize training program
  • Compensation and Reward program
  • Maintaining documents and Staff files
  • Performance appraisal management.
  • Preparing and issue Employee ID Card, Visiting Card, etc
  • Others tasks assigned by the management

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
  • BBA/ MBA majoring in HRM from any reputed University.
  • PGDHRM will be preferable

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Others Requirements:

    • Age 25 to 35 years
    • Both males and females are allowed to apply
    • Knowledge with HR Policy and Procedures.
    • Must have very good in composing speed in Bengali and English.
    • Computer Literacy with MS Office program. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
    • Capability to work under pressure.
    • Should have knowledge to prepare presentation .
    • Should be energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
