Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manpower Planning.
  • Employee file maintenance.
  • Harmonization with factory HR & Admin Department.
  • Coordination with different departments.
  • Conflict resolution.
  • Responsible for Employee benefits.
  • Recruitment Process.
  • Responsible for Transfer, Promotion & demotion of worker and employees.
  • Handling Employee grievance for- employees compliance.
  • Employees Performance Evaluation.
  • Maintain Industrial Relation.
  • Periodical reporting on HR status.
  • Employee counseling.
  • Assist Developing Personnel Policy- HR Handbook.
  • Needs for training assessment.
  • Responsible for updating HRIS (Human Resources Information System) on time.
  • Disciplinary Action.
  • Attendance, Leave & Holiday Management.
  • Maintain day to day HR & administrative issue.

Educational Qualification:

  • Must have an MBA/Masters in HRM from well reputed Institution.

Work Experience:

  • At most 1 year(s)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Others Requirements:

  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • Only females are allowed to apply
  • Willingness to work in factory premises.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with the pace of time.
  • Must have upgraded computer knowledge.
  • Must have good communication skill.
