Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage merchant on boarding process
  • Monitor to reduce the merchant onboarding return ratio
  • Initiate deferral document approval for high value merchant category
  • Maintain collection database on deferral document
  • Process merchant complaints and conciliate disputes that meet the dispute processing procedures
  • Resolve complaints accurately and in a timely manner

Educational Qualification:

  • 4 years of Graduation or Masters in any discipline from a reputed university.

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in any reputed financial company or commercial bank
  • In-depth knowledge on data analysis, credit card market, banking rules & regulations
