- Effectively manage merchant on boarding process
- Monitor to reduce the merchant onboarding return ratio
- Initiate deferral document approval for high value merchant category
- Maintain collection database on deferral document
- Process merchant complaints and conciliate disputes that meet the dispute processing procedures
- Resolve complaints accurately and in a timely manner
Educational Qualification:
- 4 years of Graduation or Masters in any discipline from a reputed university.
Work Experience:
- At least 2 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in any reputed financial company or commercial bank
- In-depth knowledge on data analysis, credit card market, banking rules & regulations
