Roles & Responsibilities:
- To develop strategies and coordinate for effective job analysis process
- To direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, attendance, payroll, allowances, employee welfare etc.
- To identify performance standards based on job analysis information.
- To manage effective performance management system.
- To ensure the duties of each job must be coordinated with the duties of other jobs, above and below, in the organizational unit and with related jobs in other parts of the organization
- To plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output
- To complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Educational Qualification:
- BBA/ MBA (Major in HRM) from any reputed university.
- Candidates having PGDHRM will be given preference.
Work Experience:
- At least 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Others Requirements:
- Age at most 30 years
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in Bangla and English.
- Must have Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively.
- Must have problem solving and decision making skill.
- Must have good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)
