Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sound knowledge on labor laws & rules. HR Planning & Acquisition. Job analysis & Defining Role for each department and for each position. Manpower & Resource planning. Acquisition (Talent hunt and resourcing; Recruitment, Selection and placement). Vast knowledge on HR software (Operation, maintenance & development), Induction, Appraisal, attendance & leave management. All kinds of bills preparation. Develop & Update HR Policy & Procedures. HRD (Training & Development and & OD):
  • Training Needs Analysis [TNA] for all. Training plan & budget preparing & approval.
  • Conduct Training. PMS (Performance Management System) PMS Planning thru defining KPI (Key performance Indicator) for functional and support departments and review periodically. Periodical evaluation/ test & interview arrangement. Personnel Affairs:
  • Compensation Management. Staff Turnover. Disciplinary Actions/Process: Investigating different issues (as and when required). Employee Health, Safety, security and welfare. Administrative: General Administration- Planning & Budget preparation of logistic supports based on HR planning and requisition of other deparments. Maintenance & state: Utilities/ maintenance of office equipments/ assets. Public Relations & External Communication Affairs: Ensure Effective outer communication and correspondence thru active and in time relationship with different stakeholders.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline,Masters degree in any discipline
  • MBA in HRM / PGDPM is preferable.

Work Experience:

  • 5 to 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
