Area Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support to increase Sales and Marketing of assigned products.
  • Plan and achieve the primary & secondary sales target through distribution, Productivity, coverage, visibility and merchandising.
  • Continuous and relevant field visit for customer sourcing, attending sales call and promotional activities.
  • Provide necessary coaching for sales team.
  • Effectively control on distributors performance.
  • Ensure optimum level of stocks at all times.
  • Set performance norms for the SR and monitor their performance.
  • Help to prepare SR itinerary for effective coverage at optimum frequencies.
  • Report to higher management the day-to-day operation on regular intervals

Educational Qualification:

  • At least Graduation from a reputed university.

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Excellent team player
  • Experienced candidates from any reputed FMCG industry are especially encouraged to apply.
