• Formulation of strategies/planning in order to grow new health insurance Business.
• Capable of meeting Top & Bottom Line objectives of the Business Unit.
• Create a Field Force to distribute New Health Insurance Product.
• Able to understand the market size and forecast the implementation plan.
• Ensure sustainable business and profit growth in line with the business strategies,targets and objectives of the company.
• Any other task assigned by the Management.

Educational Qualification:

• Masters degree in any discipline

Work Experience:

• At least 10 year(s)
