• He should be able to develop Bancassurance business plan, formulation of strategies/planning in order to grow business at least 20% year on year basis.
• Preparing of Job Description for HOD and training for the field force & Desk officials. and
• Any other task assigned by the Management.

Educational Qualification:

• Masters degree in any discipline
• Insurance related degree to be preferred.

Work Experience:

• At least 15 year(s)
