Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sound Knowledge and implementation experience on Social Compliance, Technical compliance, Product safety compliance, Security compliance, Fire safety, Electric Safety & Building safety.
- Experience on certification and implementation of BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, C-TPAT, WCA, SQP, Better Work, Higg Index principles, audit pattern and requirements.
- Internal audit and CAP prepare capacity.
- Period and scheduled organization of Fire Drill training/First Aid training/Rescue training, etc., for all employees.
- Ensuring various health & safety standards for development of improved working conditions throughout the factory premises in accordance with legal as well as customers code of conduct.
- Assisting in various disciplinary matters & grievance handling matters through conducting internal assessments/investigations as well as recommendations of suitable solution and actions to be implemented.
- Preparation of comprehensive audit reports for submission to management team members, inclusive of highlights of major concern areas and suitable corrective action plans and strategies to be implemented.
- Preparing and updating all relevant Registers as required by local law and customers code of conduct.
- Preparing & follow-up on various compliance-related check-lists.
- Handling customer/buyer visits & audits at the factory.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Written and verbal communication skill in English and Bangla.
- Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop
Work Experience:
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
