Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage full operation team
  • Ware - house management, private label Inventory & fulfillment
  • Maintaining performance level by monitoring & executing the first mile till the last mile delivery within SOP
  • On boarding required 3PLs for improving the efficiency in the process
  • Implemented & improved the process by automating API, implementation of SOPs, streamlining workflow & creating team work environment to enhance productivity
  • Handling multiple teams to achieve the organizational goal. (Seller, Call & Confirm, Logistics, Return, Refund, delivery enforcement and Escalations Team)
  • Analyzing the NPS responses, finding the root cause and resolving it within certain time
  • Reducing shipping loss by improving the process and filling the gaps
  • Invoice Reconciliation of 3PLs
  • Managing the team of Account Managers responsible for coordinating with vendors for timely shipping and coordinating with 3PL partners for arranging pickups from sellers.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Candidates with foreign degree are encouraged to apply.

Work Experience:

  • 7 to 10 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Age 40 to 50 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Minimum 05 years relevant experience required.
