Roles & Responsibilities:
- Processes companys payroll every pay period
- Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
- Computes employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes
- Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
- Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system.
- Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences.
- Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles.
- Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
- Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in time sheet and payroll records.
- Honors confidentiality of employees pay records.
- Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review.
- Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed.
- Determines employees tax obligations by calculating taxable income as well as review the Income Tax Act 1984 and necessary amendments.
- Performs the distribution of salaries through issuance of paper checks or direct transfers to employees bank accounts
- Coordinate with Finance & Accounts Department from time to time for tax disbursement, tax challan collection, final settlement of outgoing employees etc.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- A candidate for the position must have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting or any other related filed. An equivalent of this requirement in working experience is also acceptable.
- Skills Required: Accounting Software, Maintain ERP, Payroll Processing.
- Skills Required: Core HR Knowledge, HRIS/ HR Database Management

- 4 to 6 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AtOthers Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Vast Knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law 2006, 2013 & 2018 Including amendment rules & regulation.
