Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Performance management - deliver performance management programs that drive a high performance culture.
  • Recruitment and selection - direct and manage the recruitment management process and train line managers in interviewing and assessment procedures.
  • Reporting and management of human resources metrics - produce reports on key metrics, including remuneration and benefits, leave, absenteeism and turnover.
  • Human resources policies - enhances the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Educational Qualification:

  • An MBA in Human Resources Management

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 4 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Intelligent, well organized, self-motivating, personable individual with good communication skills both oral and written.
  • Well versed in computer skills and good command in written & spoken English.
  • 3-4 years experience within an HR environment.
