Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan.
- Conduct organizational needs analysis and lead the development of appropriate plans and programs to ensure all employees have the skills, knowledge and experience to perform their roles to the highest standard and meet the future needs of the Group.
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Lead the development of innovative organizational development projects, programs and initiatives for the development of the groups culture and values, management of change, employee engagement and wellbeing, talent management, leadership capability and all employee development related initiatives
- Provide advice and counsel to employees on various matters including career progression, education programs and conflict resolution.
- Implement HR functional excellence, Succession Planning, Leadership pipeline & coaching for carrying out the Training & Development Plans for future.
- Develop tools and support material to help employees and their line managers in their appraisal process.
- Direct the implementation of policies and programs to implement an enhanced Performance, Evaluation & Appraisal system within the company
- Conduct a review of the existing Performance, Bonus & Appraisal system and present findings and suggestions
- Work with Management to integrate KPIs into the system and develop a Performance Measurement System
- Develop HR Policies and Procedures- for all aspects of personnel management-recruitment, retention, corrective action, training and staff development, benefits and compensation, employee grievance resolution and etc.
- Creating, implementing & evaluating training programs and conduct needs analysis (TNA) to determine solutions to improve learning and development opportunities for current and future leaders.
- Responsible for setting benchmarks to effectively monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations accordingly.
- Establish Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and establish a regular cycle of assessment
- Establish internal training modules in line with the business needs of the company across various categories - functional, technical, motivational, strategic
- Liaise with external training vendors to provide training (which cannot be met from internal resources)
- Arrange training as per corporate calendar, business cycle and within budget allocated, maintain schedules
- Evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of training programs (pre and post) and maintain reports
- Develop / build employee engagement program
Educational Qualification:
- MBA / Masters in Human Resource Management from public university and renowned private university with sound academic back ground.
- PGD (HRM), HR professional certifications
Work Experience:
- 7 to 8 year(s)

- Excellent community engagement/training skills

- Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (Microsoft)
- Well conversant at HRIS software
- Excellent leadership qualities, proven ability to motivate and bring out the best in people
- Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently & independently
- Should have strong track record in corporate HR practice
