Roles & Responsibilities:
- To administer the Finance and Accounts Department as per company rules & regulations.
- To guide the concerned accounts team in financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
- Ensure financial reporting within timeline & accuracy.
- Ensure proper record keeping of Finance & Accounts Department.
- Preparation, analysis and interpreting of financial statement of the company.
- Monitor all expenditure and financial transactions and take necessary initiatives to control.
- Handle tax and VAT related issues properly.
- Manage the cash flow & fund requirements on small and large scales.
- To initiate Memo for Meetings of Board, Management Committee and Audit Committee.
- Ensure establishment and maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial policies and procedures.
- Others task assigned by the Board, MD & CEO from time to time.
Educational Qualification:
- The candidate should have Masters degree in Commerce/ Accounting/ Finance with FCA/ FCMA/ MBA/ CFA from any reputed public/private universities without any 3rd Division/Class in the academic life.
- Educational qualification may be relaxed for the experienced and deserving candidates.
Work Experience:
- 8 to 12 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

- Age 35 to 45 years

- Strong communication skills in Bangla and English.
