Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deputizing the supervision of day-to-day operations of the administration and security department and staff members.
- To develop, review & improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Working with Finance team to set and monitor expense budgets.
- Planning and organizing office events, including meetings and conferences.
- To oversee special projects and tracking progress towards EBL goals.
- To ensure compliance of policy & regulations of the bank & regulatory bodies.
- To enhance capacity of existing skills of team members by facilitating learning opportunities.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum graduate from reputed university
Work Experience:
- At least 10 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience of which five (05) years in managerial role of reputed organization(s)
- Proven track record of managing people
- Attitude to learn in a team environment
- Excellent communication coupled with ability to operate in a digital environment
