Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing the organizations human resources by planning, policies, program and implementing practices.
  • Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Conducting and analyzing exit interviews and recommend retaining policies.
  • Establishing pay role for the staff of various departments.
  • Formulating service role for the employees of the organization.
  • Formulating & implementing yearly appraisal system in collaboration with the departmental heads.
  • Planning & ensuring employees benefit programs.
  • Organizing regular orientation for new employees & training for other employees as per need.

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters / MBA Preferably in HR

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • At least 5 year(s) plus Experience in a reputed organization preferable of any hospital / health related organization.
  • Computer skills in MS-Office, MS-Excel, MS-Access, PowerPoint
  • Reporting and analytical skill
  • Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English
  • Energetic, Dynamic, Capable in Human Resources Management
  • Good knowledge in IT / Software.
