Roles & Responsibilities:
- To monitor Employees attendance, salary administration & leave management.
- To prepare /issues office note, memo, office order circular in respect of HR issues.
- Conduct departmental inquiry, handle grievance procedure & disciplinary actions.
- Communicate with Government & non-Government offices as a part of industrial relation and official administration.
- To maintain employee / labor relations & legal affairs related to work.
- Logistic support to the management.
- Develop & Follow up companys Policy and procedure.
- Follow-up Transport & Security system as well EHS system.
- To carry out all other relevant and rational assignment at times by the management.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- PGD in HRM will be preferred
- Skills Required: Labor Law
Work Experience:
- 5 to 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
