Sr. Executive Asst. Manager (HR & Administration)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Execute overall factory operations and Admin, HR & Compliance activities;
  • Assist Management for effective execution of administrative functions of the factory
  • Develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin, HR & Compliance issues
  • Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct
  • Have to ensure production and shipment as per factory plan
  • Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner
  • Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security
  • Have to ensure factory safety and security with utmost professionalism
  • Have to ensure timely selection & placement
  • Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
  • Observance of day to day Compliance related activities in the Factory.
  • Train & supervise all Individuals in order to ensure day to day Compliance issues as per Bangladesh Labour Law.
  • Preparation of all kinds of documents for Audit as per the requirement of Buyers.
  • Conduct of all kinds of Audit with the guidance & advice from Head Office.
  • Follow-up of post audit activities and take appropriate action by sending CAP (Corrective Action Plan) as per Buyers Requirement on behalf of Head Office.
  • Organizing Workers Participation Committee (WPC) Meeting, Complete Minutes of Meeting and circulate it to all the members for further steps.
  • Closely Monitoring of Fire Protection matters for the prevention of unwanted incident.
  • Responsible for Security, protocol and foreign guest management in a mannered way
  • Responsible for Administer the overall transportation system

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Masters from Public university and having good score in CGPA.
  • MBA/ Masters in HRM from Public University will get preference.
  • Diploma in PGDHRM
  • Graduate/Post Graduate Candidates from Private University are not allowed.
  • University of Dhaka students will get preference
  • Skills Required: Administration,Human Resources,Training & Development

Work Experience:

  • 5 to 10 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Skills Required: Compliance, Labor Issues, Labor Law
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Factory HR Administration, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management.
  • Must be hardworking, highly organized deadline oriented, honest and dedicated and self-motivated.
  • Have excellent skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Must be Skilled in English Writing & Spoken.
  • Must have good skill in computer literacy.
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skill with pleasant personality.
  • Provide different types of reports to the management as required.
  • Any other job assigned by the Management as and when required.
