Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Overall financial management of the project;
  • Project budget analysis, identify variance, and develop control mechanism;
  • Develop TOR for the internal and external audit;
  • Response to audit observation if any;
  • Prepare fund request for the donors;
  • To know the EU Guideline, compliance issues, Govt. VAT & Tax rules and implement it properly;
  • Ensure fund disbursement on time to the area office;
  • Review financial reports from the partner NGOs and give feedback as deemed necessary;
  • Ensure fund transfer to the co-partner;
  • Review expenditure patterns and budget compliance;
  • Keep the accounts and financial management transparent for all concerned;
  • Prepare monthly financial statement, bank reconciliation statement and others financial related statement as per;
  • Provide technical support to area office finance persons;
  • Collect source documents from respective staff in preparing vouchers as well as other financial reports.
  • Keep the cheque book in a safe custody.
  • Maintain and handle the Project advance to staff following the organizational policy.
  • Adjust the advance with in the cutoff date.
  • Ensure all monthly payment at level timely like staff monthly salary, office rent, utility bill, mobile allowance following the organizational policy.
  • Maintain petty cash and make its adjustment following the organizational policy.
  • Checking bill/voucher and preparation of all type of voucher i.e Debit voucher, Credit voucher, Journal voucher, adjustment voucher and make entry into cash book ledger etc on daily basis.
  • Each and every day he/she have to make sure the daily transaction in the Tally software.
  • Keep all financial books and records update for the annual audit of organizations accounts.
  • To know the EU Guideline, compliance issues, Govt. VAT & Tax rules and implement it properly.
  • All other task from supervisor will perform as and when required.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Accounting.
  • CA intermediate will be given preference.

Work Experience:

 

Others Requirements:

  • At least 05 (five) years working experience in Financial Management and Administration in the health related field.
  • Preference will be given to the candidate who worked in EU/foreign funded projects.
  • Good computer knowledge in MS word, Excel is required.
