Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manpower Planning, recruitment, selection, orientation follow up and confirmation etc.
  •  Manage and maintain employee Personal File and relevant records.
  • Monitor and maintain employee attendance and leave management
  • To ensure Co-ordination of all administration functions,security, housekeeping and welfare
  • Handling disciplinary matters, grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation and work management.day to day general office administration.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Skills Required: Compensation & Benefits,Job Analysis & Manpower Planning

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Age 30 to 35 years 
  • Only females are allowed to applyFlexible and nature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
  • Excellent Communication and Co-ordination skill.
  • Influences positively, motivational and leadership skill.
