- Manpower Planning, recruitment, selection, orientation follow up and confirmation etc.
- Manage and maintain employee Personal File and relevant records.
- Monitor and maintain employee attendance and leave management
- To ensure Co-ordination of all administration functions,security, housekeeping and welfare
- Handling disciplinary matters, grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation and work management.day to day general office administration.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

- At least 3 year(s)
