Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for preparing different kinds of letters like: appointment, transfer, promotion, increment, promotion or demotion, confirmation, experience, resignation acceptance etc. Assist Coordinator- HRM for the whole staff recruitment and selection process such as collect staff requisition, take initiative for circular, shortlisting application, communicate with candidate for written & viva test, arrange all kinds of interview process.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquires or requests.
  • Responsible for checking reference and certificate of new joining employees.
  • Complete all formalities of new joining staff according to the check list.
  • Arrange orientation for new joining employees.
  • Maintain HR records, e.g. office order, memo, policies etc.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Interpret CSS policies and regulations to employees.
  • Ensure distribution of updated job description.
  • Provide necessary HRM reports to HRM Team on time.
  • Ensuring exit interview for the left staff when resign and keep documents in the personnel file or inform if there are any major findings.
  • Carry out any other duties related to the organization, as requested by the supervisor.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree/ Mater Degree
  • MBA in HRM or PGD in HRM will get preference

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Others Requirements:

    • Age at least 22 years
    • Both males and females are allowed to apply
    • Candidate should have minimum 2 years experience in HRM Sector.
    • Candidate should be expert in Ms Office, especially word, Excel and power point.
    • Candidate should be honest, non-smoker and hard worker.

    Others Benefit:

    The eligibility to become a permanent staff of CSS is subject to his/her satisfactory performance during probation period (Six months from the joining date). After being permanent other benefits will be offered as per the organizational policy like: provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance, medical aid etc.
