Roles & Responsibilities:
- -Account Management:
- Achieve monthly target and KPI for assigned portfolio
- Manage and update daily and monthly visits
- Ensure proper Implementation, revenue generation, maintain growth;
- -Execution/Co-ordination:
- Client type/band wise activity/event planning, design & implementation
- Co-ordinate internal stakeholders i.e. legal, marketing, Sales operation for processing accounts
- Provide necessary training to the accounts as and when required
- Ensure execution of payment operation with each account
- -Relationship Management:
- Visit accounts regularly and keep the accounts active for transaction
- Ensure after sales support with all the accounts and develop relationship with the accounts for future programs/events
- Identify the development area while visiting accounts and escalate for further action
- Develop and design various campaign with accounts to boost business
- Represent bKash in a positive and professional manner in the market
- Manage various report of the accounts and keep improving
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Work Experience:
- 1 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
