Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparation of legal documents
- Preparation and execution of various legal instruments
- Vetting/scrutiny of land documents & all legal documents
- Legal opinion on land documents and searching of land documents
- Preparation and issuance of legal notices
- Follow up of the court cases
- Handling of miscellaneous legal matters
- Liaison with land related offices, banks and financial institutions, Govt. offices and panel lawyers
- Other jobs assigned by Department & superior authority
Educational Qualification:
- L.L.B (Honors) or LLM from any reputed university with minimum CGPA of 3.00 (applicable to 4.00 scales) in all academic records.
Work Experience:
- 2 to 4 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in the similar role especially in Bank/NBFIs, development sector or relevant fields.
- Well conversant on Company Law, Artha Rin Adalat Ain, Bank Companies Act, Negotiable Instrument Act, Law of Contract, Registration act, Law of Limitation and other laws, regulations, circulars relating to the Banks and financial institutions
- Good spoken and written command in English language.
- Sound knowledge in Microsoft-Office and other basic operations of computer.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Should possess positive attitude & team spirit.
- Ability to work under pressure and to achieve set target.
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.
