Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Relationship Development:
  • Approaching to new large and medium corporations to initiate relationship programs and developing strong and sustainable relationships with corporations to explore new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining direct liaison with key strategic decision makers of the corporations to get the best business outcome.
  • Understanding the problems, challenges and needs of corporates and identifying the ways for these needs that IPDC can better address.
  • Collaboration for network development:
  • Collaborating with large corporates to expand the network of potential clients through identifying and approaching to all the organizational stakeholders of corporates for example, suppliers, distributors, dealers, and others.
  • Escalating the business network and opportunities by developing relationships with "Partnering Organizations".
  • Multilateral Business Expansion:
  • Catering large and medium corporates with conventional financial solutions, i.e., Lease finance, term loan, Short term Financing, Project financing for meeting their business demand
  • Identifying the business opportunities and offering IPDC corporate investment and supply chain finance products, i.e., factoring finance, work order finance, distributor finance, to the "partner organizations" of corporate collaborators.
  • Expanding the business arena of IPDC through offering supply chain finance solutions, i.e., factoring finance and work order finance for suppliers, and distributor finance for the, dealers and distributors of these corporates.
  • Promoting and implementing supply chain digital platform solutions to the potential and eligible suppliers and distributors of this network.
  • Designing and offering custom made financial solutions to all individual and organizational stakeholders of corporate collaborators.
  • Team Development and management:
  • Developing effective Knowledge modules and guide the Relationship
  • Managing teams to manage corporate relationships, anticipate clients needs and provide quality service to the clients ensuring interest of the organization.
  • Conducting supply chain finance digital platform training and product training for branches and other business segment teams for better opportunity of business generation.
  • Monitoring the client service quality of the RM performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues to the management with suggesting suitable solutions to the issues.
  • Following up current businesses and these stakeholders to identify their needs and ensure extraordinary customer experience for sustaining the clients.
  • Forwarding the upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the suitable sales team.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline

Work Experience:

  • At least 10 year(s)
