Roles & Responsibilities:
- Execute overall factory operations and admin & HR activities.
- Assist Management for effective execution of administrative functions of the factory.
- Ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per code of conduct.
- Maintain excellent industrial relations between the workers, floor staffs & the top. Management of the Company.
- Responsible for all aspects relating jobs of store, Production management, staffs and unit HR, Admin & Compliance and providing appropriate constructive feedback regarding their performance.
- Liaise with merchandising, Production, QA & any other Department in order to coordinate with Buyers visits and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/ Govt. and compliance visit and audit.
- Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions and take all possible steps to adhere to buyers compliance instruction.
- Have to ensure production and shipment as per planning.
- Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner.
- Communicate with the concerns in Head Office for their needs in respect of administration, HR, Compliance & Production issues.
- Have to ensure timely selection & placement.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Law (LLB)
Work Experience:
- 10 to 19 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Age 35 to 50 years
