Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Taking responsibility of factory Admin & Compliance.
  • Establishing policy and procedures and monitoring compliance following the Bangladesh labor code 2006.
  • Originator and monitor of company compliance policies and behavior to meet the companys code of conduct.
  • Monitoring and reporting results of the compliance/ethics efforts of the company.
  • Ensure day-to-day smooth operation of the compliance program.
  • Responds to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and code of conduct by evaluating, or recommending the initiation of, investigative procedures.
  • Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep Top Managements informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
  • To prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers.
  • To monitor daily workers safety issue about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & rout case analysis.
  • To maintain and make the renewal of all necessary license/certificates/permit
  • To assist in ensuring a comfortable environment at the workplace.
  • Assisting in various disciplinary matters & grievance handling matters through conducting internal assessments/investigations as well as recommendations of suitable solution and actions to be implemented.
  • Ensure the factories always prepared/ready for following audits like, Social compliance Audit, Technical/Quality Assurance Audit & Security System Audit.
  • Monitor compliance certification like WRAP, BSCI, ISO, SEDEX, ACCORD, & ALLINCE etc. and able to face their different audits with requirements.

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

Work Experience:

  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated.
  • Good command in computer literacy.
  • Should have good analytic power and communication skills to resolve issues.
  • Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
  • Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of compliance rules and practices.
  • Capable to handle high working load.
  • Proactive and able to work indepen
