Roles & Responsibilities:
- To assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- To update employee leave status, ensure daily attendance and look after the over time of the workers.
- To work for transfer, increment, promotion, separation, confirmation related work.
- To develop, upgrade and implement HR policies for establishing smooth HR operation within the company.
- To provide clerical and administrative support to HR block coordinator
- To assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- To conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- To ensure employee productivity of the factory by providing necessary motivation, counseling and continuous monitoring the workers movement.
- To ensure worker availability for smooth running of the factory.
- To ensure timely disbursement of salary and over time of all workers at the headquarters.
- To maintain and update HR related records and documents of all staff and workers in an efficient, timely, orderly and confidential manner.
- To assist in developing and implementing human resource plans and personnel management policies in consultation with HR block coordinator.
- To arrange workers training session, workshop and other activities with the help of concerned department heads.
- To supervision of security, housekeeping, health, safety and other compliance issues.
- To follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental enquiry & grievance.
- To assist in implementing sound Performance Management System for all workers, staffs and management personnel in the factory.
- To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs, attend participation committee meeting and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
- Any other activities assigned by the HOD.
Educational Qualification:
- Master degree in any discipline. Candidates having PGDHRM/ MBA Major in HRM/ LLB/ LLM will be given preference.

Work Experience:
- At least 4 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Others Requirements:
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Must have strong knowledge on Labour law 2006 & Labour Rules 2015
- Good command in both written and spoken English
- Good inter-personal & communication skills
- Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
