Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provides exceptional customer service and ensures the store employees also provide the same level of service
  • Maintains store operations by initiating, coordinating operational and organizational policies and procedures
  • Maintains store employees sales focus by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management
  • Manages employee turnover and handles employee issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage stock levels and recommends regarding stock control
  • Conducts regular meetings to keep in touch with individual responsibilities, store discipline, and customer service
  • Ensures that interior, exterior and visual merchandising of store is maintained to company standards
  • Analyzes sales figures, customer needs, buying trends, and forecasts future sales
  • Handles cash register and banking functions such as making bank deposits
  • Maintains stores cleanliness and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Handle cashier duties by taking cash or credit cards in exchange of goods sold
  • Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Sales

Work Experience:

  • 5 to 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    A

    • Age 30 to 40 years
