Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provides exceptional customer service and ensures the store employees also provide the same level of service
- Maintains store operations by initiating, coordinating operational and organizational policies and procedures
- Maintains store employees sales focus by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management
- Manages employee turnover and handles employee issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Manage stock levels and recommends regarding stock control
- Conducts regular meetings to keep in touch with individual responsibilities, store discipline, and customer service
- Ensures that interior, exterior and visual merchandising of store is maintained to company standards
- Analyzes sales figures, customer needs, buying trends, and forecasts future sales
- Handles cash register and banking functions such as making bank deposits
- Maintains stores cleanliness and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Handle cashier duties by taking cash or credit cards in exchange of goods sold
- Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Sales
Work Experience:
- 5 to 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
