Roles & Responsibilities:
- Must be able to maintain day to day accounting functions including regular cash & bank transactions, bank balance verification, receipt & payment statement, accounts reconciliation, necessary statements for monthly accounts closing, timely submission of required financial statements, billing etc
- Maintain & prepare all kind of vouchers, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & different register related to finance & accounts
- Should have advanced knowledge in MS Excel
- Checking of suppliers and vendors bill and able to prepare Journal voucher
- Responsible for various financial functions such as auditing, Inventory reconciliations, etc.
- Well Conversant in L/C matters, Invoice, Packing list, delivery challan, commercial documentations etc
- Having up to date knowledge of VAT
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
Educational Qualification:
- Degree in BBA is a must
Work Experience:
- 2 to 3 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Good Communications Skill
- Decent Knowledge about MS Office Suite
- 2-3 Year Experience in related field will be preferred
- Must have basic application knowledge & skill in working with MS Word, MS Excel, MS outlook, Internet Explorer, e-mail corresponding etc.
- Must be organized, self-motivated and Service minded.
- Strong Interpersonal communication skills
- Must have good communication skills in both English and Bangla languages
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Candidate should be hard working like young, energetic with an attitude to be self-driven, dynamic, result oriented, honest and responsible.
