Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure personal business target & team monthly business target as well as yearly target.
- Prepare & execute plans to ensure the source wise business target.
- Maintain good liaison with different car importer, seller and showrooms
- Co-ordinate with business team and car vendors for loan disbursements
- After loan disbursement monitoring the clients and time to time follow up for Loan recovery and ensuring monthly EMI.
- Follow-up existing and potential Direct & Corporate customers and prepare sells and marketing plan accordingly.
- Promoting the Company brand and the Auto Loan products in a proper manner to boost up the sale. Maintain database of car dealer and follow proper promotion.
- Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly performance report to Line Manager and the head of department.
- Keep adequate information about any new events of the vendor/s i.e. new outlet inauguration, participation in any fair, etc.
- Prepare business report & share that with the team & Line manager.
- High profile client office/house visit and prepare visit report for new auto loan proposal.
- Coordinating with CRM & Asset Operations for smooth processing of the auto loan application.
- Primary analysis for either to accept or reject the proposal and send to CRM.
- Resolve any queries/disputes from the vendor/s. & Meet up vendor queries.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation in any discipline
Work Experience:
- 3 to 5 year(s)

- Good accounting and the principles of financial analysis.
- Strong problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Capability to provide logical solutions to complex situations.
- Sound expertise in sales, marketing and business development processes.
