Roles & Responsibilities:

  • •Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues)
  • •Keep record of necessary documents, manage and update personal files.
  • •Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.
  • •Managing all departmental performance issues.
  • •Prepare SOP for HRD and ensure implementation of it.
  • •Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR development theories and methods & provide suitable interpretation to director, managers and staffs within the organization.
  • •Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution policies etc.
  • •Plan for employees performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
  • •Prepare migration analysis report and organogram for the company.
  • •Look after companys day to day administrative issues, procurement, office maintenance, event management, rent & utilities.
  • •To assist for upgrading and implementing of various HR policies for establishing smooth HR operation within the company.

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters degree in any discipline

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 3 year(s)

  • Age 25 to 35 years
