Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as the HRIS Administrator; run the overall system and collaborate with the concerned person to perform required tests and upgradation of modules.
- Ensure proper collaboration and successful implementation of HRIS module including Payroll, Training and Recruitment.
- Process monthly employee payroll payments on time and through the appropriate channels.
- Administer benefits including insurance coverage (health & group), bonus, LFA, leave encashment, etc.
- Monitor overall Leave & Attendance Management System; maintain accurate records and prepare reports
- Coordinate organizational grievance system and disciplinary proceedings
- Monitor the security system; coordinate with vendor to resolve issues; provide education and guidance to securities when required
- Coordinate with concerned person regarding safety and compliance issues (both factory & corporate office) and update it in our software every month
- Conduct manpower productivity analysis and keep track on the variances
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
Work Experience:
- 7 to 8 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Age 28 to 40 years
- Must have experience of managing a team
- Outstanding English verbal & written communications skills
- Excellent computer literacy especially MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
