Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition & Rewards

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist Line Manager in recruitment & selection process that include manpower requisition, job advertisement, CV screening, ability test, interview, negotiation and finalizing offer.
  • Plan Recruitment strategy and manage the overall recruitment activities.
  • Ensure recruitment as per business need by following recruitment and other related policies.
  • Execution of the day-to-day recruitment operations.
  • Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future business needs.
  • Drive & ensure right implementation of the reward/Remuneration strategy.
  • Provide input to the strategy of other HR processes to help make those aligned with the reward philosophy and vice-versa.
  • Provide progress reports and status to Line Manager.
  • Work with Line Manager to understand compensation trends for market competitiveness.
  • Any other job assigned by the management

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    • The job holder must be an MBA in HRM having 5-8 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition & Rewards in reputed organization.
    • Leadership skill.
    • Communication skill.
    • Presentation skill.
    • Computer Literacy like MS Word, Excel, Visio; PowerPoint etc.
    • Positive professional attitude & self-motivated.
    • Inter-personal skill
