Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist Line Manager in recruitment & selection process that include manpower requisition, job advertisement, CV screening, ability test, interview, negotiation and finalizing offer.
- Plan Recruitment strategy and manage the overall recruitment activities.
- Ensure recruitment as per business need by following recruitment and other related policies.
- Execution of the day-to-day recruitment operations.
- Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future business needs.
- Drive & ensure right implementation of the reward/Remuneration strategy.
- Provide input to the strategy of other HR processes to help make those aligned with the reward philosophy and vice-versa.
- Provide progress reports and status to Line Manager.
- Work with Line Manager to understand compensation trends for market competitiveness.
- Any other job assigned by the management
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
Work Experience:
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
