Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise office support staff responsibilities include Training, Planning, and Assigning & Directing work, addressing complaints & resolving.
  • To manage development, planning, implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures and programs in support of the project.
  • Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management & Compensation Benefit & incentive schemes.
  • Follow-up a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staffs and management personnel in All Projects.
  • Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
  • To Monitoring Departmental Budget (monthly, half-yearly & yearly etc.)
  • Extremely organized and capable of managing the full organization.
  • Follow up employee/labor relation & legal affairs work
  • Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues
  • Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview
  • To develop, upgrade and implement HR policies, guidelines up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR operation within the company.
  • Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental enquiry & grievance.
  • To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs, attend participation committee meeting and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
  • Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs etc on administrative issues.
  • Ensure administrative policy & procedure for smooth running in the company.
  • Update all office Documentation, license, certificates & others file.
  • Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits.
  • Handle legal & settlement issues relevant to HR & Admin Department.
  • Develops, manage, coordinates, and administers a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities.
  • Ensure administrative related MIS are properly maintain, update

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in hrm
  • Skills Required: HRIS

Work Experience:

  • 6 to 10 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Age 30 to 45 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
  • A good command of communication skills written and oral Bengali and English.
  • Must have very good command over MS office application.Good interpersonal skills and leadership quality is much desired.
  • Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
