Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Able to execute overall admin/HR activities.
  • Assist Management for effective execution of administrative functions.
  • Well conversant with labour laws, local laws & regulations and ensure implementation.
  • Able to successfully develop HR policy & procedures in aspect of Admin, HR & compliance issues.
  • Have to ensure accountability and highest transparency in work.
  • Able to efficiently deal/communicate with govt/non-govt/Ngos & maintain liaison for companys interest.
  • Coordinate with top management & shoulder responsibilities.
  • Successfully resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner.
  • Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security.
  • Responsible for ensuring healthy work place, Hygiene & environment.
  • Have to ensure safety and top security with utmost professionalism.
  • Have to ensure timely selection & placement.
  • Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.

Educational Qualification:

  • MBA/ M.com/ Masters/ Bachelor of relevant discipline with adequate knowledge in Admin, HR & Compliance

Work Experience:

  • 4 to 6 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
